As a Finance Graduateat Alcoa, you to learn, grow, and develop hands-on experience and expertise in:

• Corporate Finance – including financial accounting, statutory requirements and financial planning & analysis
• Financial Shared Services – critical month end costing processes for raw materials & inventory, asset inventory and other key controllership requirements
• Internal Audit – key controllership and involvement in internal audits of operations
• Location accounting – including business partnering and management accounting
• Tax & Treasury support

Throughout the program, you will be provided with:
