The Oasis Pool Bar is a favourite venue for exclusive use for our in-house guests who wish to relax in luxury, soak up the sun and surroundings with alfresco dining pool side.

To assist us in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service, we are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our Oasis Pool Bar Team

**The Role**

Reporting directly to the Oasis Pool Bar Manager this position will hold ultimate responsibility for the daily operation of the pool bar. You will possess strong food and beverage skills, previous supervisory experience specifically in Bars, and an understanding of what it takes to achieve food and beverage KPIs in an extremely high volume environment, whilst ensuring that five star standards are upheld.

You will assist the Bar Manager in the leadership of guest service and recruitment, rostering, performance management and maintaining general team motivation.

**Requirements**:

- Enthusiastic and passionate for the Hospitality Industry
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar 5-star environment
- Dynamic individual with an ability to multitask with efficiency
- Anticipate and respond to customer requests or concerns in a professional manner
- Previous Barista and Cocktail making is essential
- Ability to supervise and train Food & Beverage teams
- Knowledge of Micros point of sale system would be a definite advantage
- Experience with managing inventory and stock control
- Availability to work a rotating roster including holidays and weekends
- Experience in leading a WHS conscious culture
- Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
