We are currently looking for a bright enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our practice. It is a casual Position for 3-5 days (morning shift 8am-2pm and arvo shift 1.30pm-6.30pm with) additional hours required to fill for sick leave or Annual Leave.

THIS IS A CASUAL position leading upto a PERMANENT PART TIME after the probation.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in Best Practice software desirable
- Experience in handling work cover desirable
- Experience in MEDICAL reception work
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic

**- MUST BE** flexible with work hours
- Ability to work both independently with initiative; and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Well presented
- Maintaining confidentiality in all dealings with patient information
- Strong customer service focus
- Confident and energetic
- Ability to build rapport with patients and doctors
- Great team working skills with the ability to self-direct
- Any other administrative duties as directed by Practice Manager
The Successful applicant would be required to start training immediately.
