The Company Our client is a privately owned, design-led property group with a strong track record in delivering and managing high-profile commercial, mixed-use and retail assets.
Their portfolio includes a large-format, multi-faceted retail precinct with active development stages already underway.The existing operational team is experienced and engaged - but with the precinct growing in size, complexity and strategic importance, the business is appointing a new leadership layer to unify delivery and performance.
The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Directors, the Portfolio Manager will take full commercial, operational, and strategic ownership of the precinct.You'll be responsible for aligning cross-functional teams - leasing, marketing, facilities and centre operations - ensuring the precinct operates as one cohesive, performance-driven unit.This is not a detached, fund-level role.
You'll be the lead representative of the business across the precinct, responsible for day-to-day decision-making and long-term planning.
You'll also play a direct role in shaping and supporting upcoming expansions, positioning the precinct for its next chapter of growth and long-term evolution into a flagship retail destination.
