**About the role**:
The Harvest Operations Manager is accountable for working with and across Regions to deliver Farm and Packhouse Operational excellence through improved Harvest Logistics.

The Harvest Operations Manager is responsible for the following:

- Management of fleet asset for all plant and equipment involved in Harvest Logistics
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the team and build succession plans.
- Delivering the agreed Harvest / Packhouse Schedule
- Ensure best management practice establishment and delivery.
- Delivering the Farm and Packhouse specification as influenced by Harvest Logistics
- Monitor, train and measure the service delivery of the team
- Organise work rosters and regular team meetings

**Profile**
- Farming / Logistics operations management experience
- Strong experience in Operations in a fresh produce business (or equivalent)
- Excellent knowledge in Fleet equipment maintenance coordination
- Strong leadership and management skills to motivate staff to deliver operational excellence
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Practical knowledge of work health and safety policies and procedures, risk management practice and principles
