Located at our global head office in Kilsyth, Melbourne, we are seeking a bookkeeper to join our dynamic Finance team to support operations, this is a permanent position and is available for an immediate start. This is a great opportunity for a career role with a product focus in a globally expanding organisation.

**The Role**:
The Bookkeeper has responsibility for maintaining and providing accurate and timely Fixed Assets. The role is responsible for asset creation, maintenance, disposal and monthly reconciliations and reporting.

The position is responsible for the accurate and timely reconciliation of customer accounts. The role is responsible for maintaining the completeness of customer receipts, reconciled daily, investigating and reporting any issues to Management that may interrupt the supply of goods or expose credit risk. You will also manage Group Debtors Reporting.

**To be successful in this role you will possess the following attributes**:

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel
- Ability to ask questions, get to the bottom of a problem and provide solutions
- JDE or major ERP Experience would be highly regarded
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic and goal orientated
- The ability to work with mínimal supervision and meet set deadlines
- A minimum of 3+ years' experience working within a Finance function.
