This role is responsible for the day-to-day mechanical reliability of packaging, process and utilities assets utilized in the production of the various products manufactured at Mars Wrigley Asquith. As well as supporting the sites Safety, Quality and Sustainability goals.

This is achieved through the completion of preventative maintenance tasks, agile breakdown support of shifts and cross functional involvement on priority projects.

**What are we looking for?**
- Certificate III Engineering (Mechanical Trade)
- Proven ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Cross functional teamwork.
- Experience in planning and prioritizing works.

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
Provides Safe Products and a Safe Workplace
- Identifies and completes assigned actions driven by Hazard Escalations, CPAR's and Area Safety Checks to ensure safe work environments for all associates.
- Participates in and completes assigned actions driven by CAPA's and the Technical, LRQA and GMP auditing programs to ensure the continued production of high quality and food safe products for our consumers.
- Utilizes Mars Manager tools for contractor management and the creation of high quality JSA's for high risk / non-standard works.

Efficiently Converts Raw Materials into Finished Goods
- Responds to breakdowns with agility working with the Shift Team Leaders and Leading Hands to prioritize lines.
- Completes preventative maintenance work orders and drives the continuous improvement of the Mainpac PM system by ensuring the accuracy and quality of information included on the work orders.
- Supports activities and workshops in line with the site SiG strategy.
- Filters and actions escalation cards to maintain the efficiency of FMOS.
- Utilises the SAP to record breakdowns to capture and communicate information effectively.
- Proactively identifies and resolves Reliability driven NQC's.
- Completes planned maintenance works in scheduled windows, on time and with no delays or impacts to restart.
