Unprecedented business growth has provided fantastic opportunities for motivated, reliable, punctual and committed people to perform many tasks throughout the Production and Manufacturing process. Experience in the Fibreglass Manufacturing field is not necessary as full training will be provided.

You will play a key role in the Manufacturing and Production team by delivering exceptional quality fibreglass pools and be part of a team dedicated to driving business performance and future growth.

**Scope of Works**:
Your role within the company will be to help manufacture and produce quality fiberglass swimming pools from the ground up. **Previous experience with Fibreglass or Manufacturing/Production, is appreciated however not necessary due to on the job training provided. **Tasks include; Move fibreglass pool shells throughout the facility, Loading of pools onto trucks for Delivery, Detailing of pools including trimming, Ensuring product quality, Perform pre-start inspections of machinery as required, Maintain all equipment in a clean and working order, Maintain a clean workplace, assist within other areas.

- Can follow instructions from Area Supervisor, Coordinator and/or Manager
- Forklift licence, desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: Up to $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
