Job Title: Machine Operators Wanted

We are seeking experienced machine operators to join our team. The successful applicants will be based in the Blacktown area and will commence work as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual tasks to assist with the day-to-day running of the yard, including operating machinery such as balers and cranes.
  • Assist with maintaining equipment and performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Metal, Manufacturing or Industrial industries (desirable but not essential).
  • Maintenance knowledge of heavy equipment.
  • Proven experience in skilled construction and maintenance tasks.
  • Current forklift license (or willingness to obtain).
Benefits:
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • Monday to Friday: 6am - 4:30pm; Saturday: 6am - 12pm (as required).
  • 10-hour shifts.
  • Potential for upskilling on various machines within the yard.
Other Requirements:
  • Be available to work Monday-Saturday.
  • Be reliable and punctual.
  • Have own reliable transportation.
  • Be able to attain and retain fitness for work (including clear Drug and Alcohol Screens).
  • Currently have the right to work in Australia.
  • Pass a Police Check.
  • Have all relevant PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
