You will travel between clients' homes, so a willingness to travel is essential (you will be reimbursed .99c per KM travelled while you are working).
We have Casual opportunities with shifts available between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Sunday, with no evening or overnight shifts.
This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to make a positive impact in their community, while developing their skills and building a career.Key ResponsibilitiesDomestic assistance such as light house cleaning and meal preparationPersonal care inclusive of showering, daily hygiene, monitoring of health and wellbeingCommunity access to medical appointments and social activitiesProvide support with daily tasks and routinesBuild positive relationships with clients and their familiesSkills & ExperienceAn Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with minimum third-party insurance.Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationshipsPassionate about making a positive impact in our ageing communityA current First Aid and CPR Certificate (must be obtained prior to employment)Successful candidates will be required to undertake relevant pre-employment checks to ensure the safety of our clients.
