Our MissionPets' time with us is limited, and despite medical progress, they often get sicker earlier and die prematurely.
The industry tends to treat symptoms rather than addressing root causes.
We aim to change that.At Lyka, we adopt a preventative, holistic, and personalized approach to pet care, considering diet, lifestyle, and environment of each animal.
We seek to identify and treat the root causes, creating customized nutrition plans so pets can live not just longer, but better.Our goal is to increase the lifespan of dogs and cats.What you'll doProcess supplier invoices and employee expenses in NetSuite and Airwallex, ensuring correct coding, approvals, and three-way matching with POs and receipts.Onboard and maintain supplier records across GateKeeper, NetSuite, and EFTSURE, managing related communications.Execute weekly and urgent payment runs, reconcile supplier statements, and perform monthly bank reconciliations.Maintain accurate accounts payable records, support audits, and ensure compliance with policies.Coordinate with teams and suppliers to resolve discrepancies and inquiries, ensuring smooth AP operations.Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency within the AP function.RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience in accounts payable (NetSuite experience is a plus).
Background in finance, accounting, or similar, with hands-on experience.Understanding of accounting principles and best practices.Strong time management and attention to detail.Proactive attitude, eager to learn and grow.Comfortable using online tools and systems.Additional notes: The repetitive mention of the salary and benefits indicates a formatting issue; this should be consolidated or clarified if intended as a list or statement.
