Our well-established cosmetic clinic in Toowong is seeking a **career receptionist** who takes pride in delivering outstanding service and is passionate about making people feel confident and cared for.

**About the Role**:

- **Permanent part-time** - 4 days per week, plus **occasional Saturday mornings**:

- **Tuesday evening availability is essential**:

- **Flexibility** to cover sick and annual leave required

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcoming and assisting patients from arrival to departure
- Managing calls, enquiries, bookings, payments, and daily banking
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic
- Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate records

- Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Professional presentation and genuine care for patient experience

- Competency with computer systems - experience with Xestro is a bonus
- Prior experience in a cosmetic, beauty, medical, or allied health clinic is highly regarded
