Our business is growing and so is our Marketing team. The opportunity for this OneDigital Marketing Chapter is to build a team and a culture that can redesign the approach to building relationships with consumers, harnessing unique retail data from 88% of households who shop with Wesfarmers every month. Working with best-of-breed tools Braze and Tealium, there is an opportunity to define a best-in-class marketing operation that moves beyond the limitations that digital marketers have faced in the past.

**In this role, you'll get to**
- Develop customer insight driven integrated marketing campaigns in close partnership with the Insights team
- Lead implementation of marketing campaigns, working alongside the digital marketing team to optimise for performance
- Lead marketing promotional calendar and activity. Collaborating with Partnership Marketing team
- Leading marketing and activation plans with strategic marketing partners
- Day-to-day contact for multi-agency teams across creative, research and media
- Support Senior Marketing Manager and HOM to deliver ongoing marketing strategies and initiatives to deliver to the business objectives

**To shine on day one, what you need to have**:

- Desire to pro-actively collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional team
- Evidence and examples of success implementing marketing strategy
- Demonstrated multi-channel campaign management.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
