Overseeing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the cafe
- Motivating staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Scheduling shifts to the wait staff and baristas
- Ordering supplies and monitoring expenses
- Hiring, training, and supervising cafe staff
- Resolving customer complaints
- Ensuring that food health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Overseeing scheduling and monitoring productivity
- Providing feedback to ensure that staff are providing the best experience possible to customers

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
