As a
Community Support Worker
, you'll be the difference for individuals and families, delivering person-centered care and support directly in their homes across the Mandurah and Rockingham area.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide personal care to promote clients\' health and well-being.
Assist with medication administration.
Support clients with meal preparation, household chores, and essential daily tasks.
Facilitate social access and leisure activities.
Tailor care plans to meet individual needs and goals.
What You'll Bring

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
An NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
A current Australian C-Class Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
