Buckland Aged Care is the trusted provider of aged care services in the Lower Blue Mountains. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care and creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

We're currently seeking **Cleaners and Laundry Assistants** to join our team of General Service Officers. We have both permanent part-time and casual roles available.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Perform high-standard cleaning duties including mopping, vacuuming, sanitising, waste management, and restocking supplies
- Carry out laundry tasks including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing resident clothing and facility linen
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed
- Support other departments such as kitchen as needed

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in cleaning and/or laundry services (aged care experience is ideal but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards
- Be respectful, compassionate, and able to communicate effectively with elderly residents and team members
- Knowledge of Work Health and Safety principles
- Be organised, reliable, and proactive with a positive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and the right to work in Australia
