You will play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our customers.This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Work Pattern: M-T 6.30 - 14:30 F 6.30 - 14:00).
This is a field-based role and will require travel to our customers and properties, on a specific patch within the Newtide Housing Association area.
This area includes: Ipswich.To join us as a Neighbourhood Cleaner we are looking for someone that meets the following criteria:Experience in the cleaning industry.A full UK driving license.Ability to operate cleaning equipment.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Basic IT skills (Outlook, Teams).
A proactive, team-oriented attitude.As a Neighbourhood Cleaner you'll be part of a customer-focused team, ensuring communal areas and neighbourhoods are kept to a high standard through tasks such as:Hoovering and mopping floors.High and low-level dusting.Litter picking.General cleaning duties.You'll also be responsible for maintaining equipment and adhering to health and safety requirements.
