**Description**:
About the role
**Reporting to the team leader, your role will be to**:
Clean portable buildings, including portable toilet blocks using equipment and supplies provided
Complete basis repair & maintenance tasks on portable buildings, including toilet blocks; repair & seal flooring, replace trim, paint and patch walls, basic plumbing, replace doors & locks etc.
Securely pack furniture & accessories in portables buildings for transport including tables, chairs, desks, fridges, microwaves etc.
Undertake general housekeeping and yard duties to ensure a safe, clean and well organised work environment.
Assisting qualified trades with portable building refurbishments and upgrades where necessary.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**What you'll be doing**:
We are looking for someone with relevant transferable skills, a positive attitude and capacity for hands on, physical work. You will have:
Current driver's license & reliable transport
Handyman experience, including use of power tools (desirable)
Relevant cleaning or labouring experience
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
A positive attitude & high regard for workplace safety
