**Your new role**:
As the Coding Quality Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of clinical coding data that directly impacts hospital funding and patient care. You'll lead quality audits, deliver education, and foster collaboration between coders and clinicians to maintain the highest standards of coding excellence.

Advanced expertise in ICD-10-AM/ACHI/ACS coding and DRG assignment principles.
Strong experience in clinical coding audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication skills for training, mentoring, and cross-disciplinary liaison.
Proficiency in 3M Codefinder, Microsoft Office, and healthcare information systems.

**Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital**:
The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital (QEII) is a medium metropolitan adult facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services including a 24-hour Emergency Department. We provide a range of services, including surgery, cardiology, endoscopy, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, geriatric, respiratory and emergency medicine.
We're making our hospital bigger and better to make it easier for our growing community to get the health care they need. We'll have more beds, medical wards and expanded intensive care and emergency services planned to be opened by 2027.
