**Senior Application Support Analyst**
Join the Software Support Team at an Aussie owned and operated business specializing in medication management solutions for over 40 years' and named as one of Australia's most innovative healthcare companies.
You'll engage with software development and testing teams, providing technical leadership and resolving complex issues at the highest level.
This is a permanent position operating on a hybrid model, offices are based in Sydney Inner West.
**Requirements**:
- Professional history/background in Software and Application Support OR Software Testing
- Intermediate to advanced technical skills in SQL Server / SQL
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Full Australian working rights
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide senior technical support to Software Services Team
- Manage and coordinate urgent and complicated support issues
- Work closely with the Software Services Manager to ensure timely, accurate and complete issue resolution
- Investigate issues to provide an initial short-term solution (where possible) for customers
- Act as escalation point for all requests and incidents prior to the issue being passed to the Software Development Team
