**Barista - Leible Coffee**

Are you a skilled and passionate barista looking for an opportunity to grow in the specialty coffee industry? Leible Coffee is looking for a motivated individual to join our team. In this role, you'll take charge of workflow, delegate tasks to all-rounders, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced café environment.

**What You'll Do**
- Prepare high-quality batch brews and filter coffees
- Maintain consistency in espresso extraction and drink quality
- Handle and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
- Manage and organize coffee orders efficiently
- Ensure the café remains clean and presentable at all times
- Monitor order flow and wait times to optimize service speed
- Follow standardized recipes and uphold quality standards
- Keep the bench and workspace clean throughout service
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Regularly clean and maintain group heads and portafilters

**What We're Looking For**
- Previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced setting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to consistency
- Ability to stay organized and multitask under pressure
- A genuine passion for coffee and continuous learning

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29.23 - $58.66 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
