**The Role**

- Reporting to the CRM Manager, this role will see you design and implement innovative campaign logic and lead workshops as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Work on a wide range of campaign programs connecting subscribers with our unique, brilliant and engaging streaming content.
- Join a growing, dedicated team with a clear focus on marketing automation, and a rich and diverse subscriber landscape.
- Develop workflows and processes that leverage rich data and content.
- Increase scope by adding campaign features using Adobe Analytics, CDP, Target, AJO and other products in Experience Cloud.
- Through brainstorming sessions with leadership, and other teams across marketing, technical, product and data, you will learn to identify opportunities, making recommendations, optimising metrics, and insight.
- Build marketing automation that will drive subscriber programs to new heights
**About you**
You have experience working in Adobe Campaign Standard, or Classic and can demonstrate experience in the following areas:
- Designed meaningful experiences for program subscribers
- Driven and enhanced ongoing improvements in campaign workflows, and deliverability
- Developed new and existing data points, improving attribution, personalisation, etc.
- Measured program concepts and methods, subscriber experience, developed insight and effects
- Maintained and managing databases
- Written queries in SQL
- Made recommendations that grow engagement and audience
- Trained and mentoring others
- Knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Exceptional communication and problem solving skills
- Articulating complex technical design to non-technical stakeholders and management in a clear and simple language
- Worked with, and presenting to, people at all levels
Prior experience in any of the following areas would also be highly regarded:
- Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Target, CDP, DMP, AEP, Analytics
- Marketing Automation platform development.
- Coordinated multi-channel automation (web, mobile notifications, social messaging)
- Automation in other e-commerce, CRM, ETL, ERP, CMS, and other platforms
- Developed capabilities and connecting systems through interfaces JSON, REST, XML, etc.
- SEM: Working with cookies and trackers, web analytics
- Display advertising
- Re-targeting
- A/B Testing
- Web and HTML programming
- Scripting, and/or other types of programming
- Service Management systems
