This one-year program, now in its **2nd Edition**, is designed for recent graduates who want to be part of an international company and build a career. **What you need to succeed**:

- BSc or MSc degree in Engineering
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to interact with customers and stakeholders
- Openness to new environments, people, and cultures
- A passion for challenges and innovative solutions
- Fluency in spoken and written English
