Our client is an established commercial and travel Insurance provider, looking for a Travel Claims Officer to join their expanding team.

**The Role**
- Assisting Claims team in providing best possible customer service
- Complaints resolution handling
- Registering claims information and answering policy queries
- Manage your own claims portfolio
- Competitive hourly rate.
- 6 months experience in travel claims or home contents.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with complaints resolution
