The Role
As an IT Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role supporting our Sales and Marketing teams through the entire sales cycle—from quoting through to renewals.
You'll thrive if you have a solid technical background and strong admin skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate hardware and software quotes
Process sales orders and manage invoicing
Manage hardware and software renewals to maintain client relationships
Maintain and update our CRM and quoting systems
Assist with proposals for projects and managed services
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts
Support lead generation campaigns and marketing initiatives
Contribute to general IT projects and company-wide administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in an IT sales support, quoting, or sales administration role
Relevant IT knowledge or qualifications, with a strong understanding of IT systems and Microsoft 365 Cloud
Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail and time management
Professional and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a target-driven environment
Australian Permanent Resident living in the Sydney region (on-site role)
Additional Information

Applicants must have valid Australian working rights for at least 2 years
A police check will be required in the final stage of recruitment
