Cleveland Winery Macedon Ranges is seeking customer service superstars to deliver outstanding Food and Beverage service to our guests.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Deliver Food and Beverage service to our Conference, Event and Wedding guests
- Or join the outstanding Restaurant & Cellar Door service team
- Deliver exceptional guest service to all our guests
- Be an ambassador for the Hotel and Winery

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience in a similar role in a restaurant or functions venue will be highly regarded
- Have a passion for Food and Beverage with the ability to make great connections with all our guests.
- A la carte waiter experience in a quality dining environment will be of great interest.
- Valid RSA certificate
- A desire for service excellence
- A basic understanding of wines and spirits
- A great communicator
- Availability to participate in a 7 day working roster of days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Initiative and be a team player
- Good personal presentation
- Self-motivation, can do attitude

Featuring 50 beautifully appointed spacious suites the resort also includes an original country Homestead built in 1887 that can sleep up to 12 guests. As well as an underground Cellar Door where guests can sample some the best wines from across the region, the property also has an onsite a la carte restaurant & wood-fired pizza oven as well as hosting conferencing and weddings.
