Build strong networks with community, government, and education partners.
Guide and empower your team with training, development, and support.
Oversee delivery of initiatives such as Targeted Early Intervention (DCJ), Educational Outcomes for First Nations children, Educational readiness program such as Home Interaction Program for Parents & Youngsters (HIPPY), and community events.
Drive continuous improvement and ensure positive, measurable outcomes for children and families.What We are Looking For Relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience in early childhood or community programs.
Proven leadership and facilitation skills.
Commitment to child safety, inclusiveness and strengths-based approaches.
