Lead Early Childhood Education Team

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to manage our team of early childhood educators. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in providing guidance and coaching to staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education programs.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced educator to join our team as a Program Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of early childhood educators, overseeing the implementation of educational programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of early childhood educators to deliver high-quality education programs
  • Provide guidance and coaching to staff to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of children
  • Oversee the implementation of educational programs, including planning, delivery, and evaluation
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance, billing, and child safety
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including child protection and quality assurance standards
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in an early childhood education setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, children, and families
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of integrity and commitment to child safety and well-being
