Casual Support Workers - NDIS & Aged CareAbout the roleWe are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team.
You will provide high-quality care and support to people in the community, helping them maintain independence, strengthen social connections and live safely at home.Locations: Port Douglas & MossmanImmediate start availableKey responsibilities include:Providing personal care and support in the homeSupporting clients to attend appointments and social activities (own vehicle required)Assisting with meal preparation and household tasksAssisting with medication managementMaintaining accurate records and reportingAbout YouQualification in Disability, Aged Care or related fieldExperience in the NDIS and/or Aged Care sectorsStrong communication skills and a person-centred approachWorker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Current First Aid and CPR certificatesCurrent driver's licence and reliable vehicleThe right to work in AustraliaAbout usThe Co-Group (TCG) is a charitable, not-for-profit organisation that partners with disability, aged care and community service providers across Australia.
