This permanent part-time OSHC Assistant Coordinator role (28 hours per week) allows you to help children navigate their tomorrow, while having a true work/life balance with the middle of your days and nights free

You will be working Monday to Friday 7:00am - 9:00am and 2:15pm - 5:30pm, PLUS you'll be paid an addition nearly 2 hours of admin each week to ensure you're set up for success.

About the role
Co-managing a team of Educators, you'll have the perfect balance of support and leadership opportunities. You will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years, with the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration
