Our client, a leader in the Manufacturing and Distribution sector are currently seeking talented Factory Workers to join their ever growing and evolving team based in North Rocks. This is an exciting opportunity to not just secure a position, but kick start a career in Manufacturing and Distribution. With ongoing mentoring, training and support, you will play a pivotal role in achieving future and sustainable growth for the business.

Shift times will be 7am starts with pay rate of $31 per hour, this position will be temp to permanent for the successful applicant.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for people who are committed, reliable and have the capacity to learn to work autonomously in a number of different sections. You will begin as a store person and will be trained to use a variety of band saws and machines to fulfill customer requirements. This role is suited to someone who is looking to secure a long-term and stable career.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Picking, packing orders per pick sheet
- Putaways and checking orders are complete
- General hand work
- Operating a band saw and other machinery (training on all machines provided)
- Cycle Counting, stock take and inventory management
- WH&S documentation and housekeeping
