Are you a skilled software engineer looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your expertise in frontend development to shape innovative solutions for leading brands?
We are seeking an experienced Mid-Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our growing team on a full-time basis, contributing to the delivery of projects and features involving various levels of complexity.
About the Role:
As an experienced software engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of complex features, act as a technical escalation point for others, and contribute significantly to projects across the agency. You will play a key role in architecting scalable front-end solutions, simplifying complexity, and setting the standard for technical quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the development of scalable, high-performance applications.
Architecting complex solutions that balance usability, maintainability, and performance.
Overseeing and contributing to the delivery of work by other developers across accounts.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver technical solutions.
Acting as a mentor and go-to technical escalation point within the team.
Driving best practices through code reviews, documentation, and technical leadership.
Identifying risks, managing dependencies, and simplifying complex challenges.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, specifically with React or similar technologies.
Deep expertise in NextJS, TypeScript and front-end architecture.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining complex frontend systems.
Experience with automated testing libraries and design systems.
A strong understanding of cloud-based services and modern deployment workflows.
A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
Experience reviewing code, mentoring others, and championing best practice.
A passion for learning, sharing knowledge, and growing those around you.
