Overview
Full Time Control Room Operator position available in the Northern Suburbs.
Duties And Responsibilities
Monitor, operate and review CCTV system.
Communicate and liaise with emergency services and associated internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain and write accurate security incident reports, data logs, emergency response activities and visitor logs.
Critically assess and respond to situations of risk adeptly and in line with standard operating procedures.
Operate a two way radio communication network for security personnel and manage the deployment of security personnel.
Access control to personnel, employees and visitors.
Take part in ongoing training programs and exercises.
Key Selection Criteria
Hold a current Security Licence with a Control Room endorsement.
Have strong administrative skills, computer competency and excellent email etiquette.
Demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced team environment and experience with Fire-Panels.
Knowledge across software such as Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom, and Passagepoint.
Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
Valid Driver's licence with transport.
Can work collaboratively in a team or independently.
Rostered Hours
12 hour rotating roster (days and nights).
