**We are looking for a Workplace Trainer to join our Melbourne team**
- Create relevant training programs that align to Motorserve goals
- Through observation identify and understand what best practice is and where there are knowledge gaps in the business and ensure these are closed
- Facilitation of content in an engaging and thoughtful matter
- Stakeholder management skills to ascertain and understand how to upskill the capability of the Motorserve workforce
- Ability to use technology to build out and maintain training material and learning bytes through platforms to ensure content is accessible for all employees

**Requirements**:

- 3-5+ years in an L&D role that includes stakeholder needs analysis, and developing and delivering training outcomes to a wide variety of clients, including technical training
- Experience in creating a wide variety of training assets including Train the Trainer guides, training packs, Work Instructions, eLearning modules and videos.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging virtual training sessions
- Exceptional engagement, collaboration and communication acumen, with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong project management and governance skills, with experience working in fast paced and dynamic workplace with critical deadlines
