Regional Manager

Build and lead a branch in Geelong and the Bellarine.
- Lead a team with the backing of 120 people in the SHAPE Victoria Team
- Work on a variety of projects including, new build, fit out and heavy refurb.

**About the role**
SHAPE has been in the Geelong market for many years, and we are thrilled to be expanding our footprint and with local team on the ground. We are seeking a Regional Manager to join us on this journey, forming and leading a team.

As a Regional Manager, you will work alongside our Victorian leadership team to manage the safe, profitable, timely and high-quality delivery of projects. The point of difference for this role is that you are a people leader with local connection in Geelong, who can lead multiple projects and drive the future growth via networking and marketing activities.

**About you**
- A natural leader and motivator who cares for their team and knows how to get the best out of them
- experience of fit out, refurbishment and new build projects
- strong understanding of project management within the construction industry
- building-related degree or diploma, or a trade background
- strong financial acumen and communication skills
- ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- understanding of specifications and drawings for accuracy and buildability
- excellent knowledge of EHSQ principles
- knowledge and connection to the local market in Geelong
