About the Role

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team, working closely with iconic venues throughout Victoria. As a mixologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, showcasing our distillery products, and creating innovative cocktails.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a bartender or similar role
  • Knowledge of spirits, mixology techniques, and cocktail trends
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • A high level of personal grooming and presentation
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is preferred
