**About the Role**:
As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive technical training programs tailored to meet our customers' needs. You will work closely with both national and regional teams to enhance our training services, ensuring our workforce is equipped with the highest level of skills.

**Skills and Duties**:

- Create engaging training programs specific to customer requirements
- Work closely with local management to address internal training needs
- Bring your exceptional technical knowledge of mining plant and equipment
- Deliver face-to-face, virtual, and blended training with excellent communication skills
- Commit to continuous improvement and innovation in training

And most importantly demonstrate a commitment to workplace safety and the safety of your co-workers

**Essential Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Trade or equivalent
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment including TAELLN411 module or ability to obtain
