We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee and manage our centre.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards) with experience in leading and managing change within education, health or community services. A proven track record of delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage is also essential. Additionally, the successful applicant will possess strong commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management skills.
About the Role
In this position, you will lead a talented team of professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement. You will also work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families while driving business growth.
As a Centre Director, you will be responsible for delivering our bespoke learning program, developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice. This requires a deep understanding of child development and learning theory, as well as the ability to adapt and evolve the program to meet the changing needs of our centre and the children in our care.
