Job Description:

As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the minds of our young learners. Your responsibility will be to inspire, guide and mentor your team, creating a collaborative environment where children and adults grow together.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved) and have a natural ability to lead and inspire others. You will also need to be passionate about early childhood education and committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences.
