Retail Store Manager | Seasonal Owner-Operator Opportunity | Earn $2,000+ p/wWe're celebrating 31 years in business — and we're looking for a motivated, people-focused individual to run our pop-up retail store in Tea Tree Plaza this holiday season.If you're keen to run your own short-term business, build practical retail skills, and be part of something fun and fast-paced over Christmas, this could be a great fit.What's involved:This is a short-term self-employment opportunity from November to January, where you'll manage one of our Calendar Club pop-up stores.
You'll gain hands-on experience in sales, leadership, customer service, inventory management, merchandising and more.What you'll get:Full training and support from an experienced head office teamA ready-to-go store with equipment, systems and stock providedPrime locations in major shopping centres across Australia and NZThe largest and best calendar range in the countryReal earning potential — operators typically earn $2,000+ per weekKey responsibilities:Manage store performance and sales targetsMaintain high visual merchandising and customer service standardsRecruit, train, and lead a small casual teamWhat we're looking for:We're after self-starters who love working with people and are up for a challenge.You'll need to:Have a driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicleBe available for 6-8 weeks over November and DecemberBe organised, responsible, and ready to lead a small teamRetail or customer service experience is great — but not essentialWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds and levels of experience.Interested?
