We are seeking a Retail Leader to drive exceptional customer and team experiences in our stores.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, able to manage budgets and interpret financial reports. They will also possess the ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Retail Leader, you will be responsible for coaching and providing regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for delivering an exceptional store experience.
You will lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities. Additionally, you will attract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Use available data and reports to identify key insights and make informed decisions for the business and the customer
- Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for delivering an exceptional store experience
- Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
- Attract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group
- Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
- Build and maintain the store roster, ensuring the roster is compliant and balances the needs of the customer and team
- Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play in delivering
- Role model CRG values to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A genuine desire to be part of the Country Road Group and alignment with our CRG Values
- Demonstrates a passion for fashion with a professional personal presentation
- Strong leadership skills in delivering an exceptional customer and team experience
- Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
- Experience managing the performance, productivity, training and development of a team
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
