**About your role**:
Responsible for planning, implementing and engaging Residents in a person-centred leisure & lifestyle program, you will:

- Research, source & plan a range of activities that meet the changing needs of our Residents including special events
- Develop relationships with the Residents, welcoming new Residents and determining their needs
- Manage the day-to-day coordination of the lifestyle team and volunteers to the program
- Develop partnerships & collaborations communities and stakeholders

**About you**:

- Certificate in Aged Care
- Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or working towards, plus membership to a relevant professional association
- Tertiary qualifications in Diversional Therapy - although not mandatory, highly beneficial.
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to use computer systems
- Queensland Provisional Green or above licence
