**Your Opportunity**

As the Lead Educator you will be in a prime position to promote a positive workplace culture, provide guidance and support to educators who will benefit from your experience. You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of an educational program in lines with EYLF that will inspire the young minds in your care.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Current Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent knowledge of EYLF and NQF, with experience leading a room in an Early Learning Service
- Experience in a Lead Educator position
