Lead and Shape the Future of Early Learning

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Director Teacher to lead our early learning program at C&K Waterford Community Kindergarten. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of children in our care.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent and be able to deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our children and families. You will also possess excellent leadership skills, a strong ability to communicate with parents and staff, and a passion for achieving long-lasting outcomes for children.

As a Director Teacher, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate educators to deliver a quality educational program that fosters a love of learning, creativity, and exploration. You will work closely with our families to ensure that their child's individual needs are met, and you will play a key role in developing and implementing our centre's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
  • Develop and implement centre-wide policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with families to ensure their child's individual needs are met.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre-wide goals and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to educators to improve teaching practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Valid Blue Card and current Police Check.
