Bene Aged Care is seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Hand & Domestic Assistant to join our team at Hahndorf, nestled in the stunning Adelaide Hills. **About the Role**

This dual-role position combines kitchen and domestic responsibilities, supporting both meal service and facility cleanliness to maintain a safe, hygienic, and homely environment for our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**

**As a Kitchen Hand**:

- Assist in the preparation and service of nutritious meals, ensuring dietary requirements are met
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including washing dishes and sanitizing food preparation areas
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient meal service

**As a Domestic Assistant**:

- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Maintain the cleanliness of resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas
- Follow infection control procedures and hygiene regulations
- Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals in line with WHS standards

**What We're Looking For**
- Experience in kitchen, hospitality, or cleaning roles (aged care experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Willingness to undergo mandatory checks, including a National Police Clearance
