**Qualifications**:

- Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends (you'll love the vibe in-store on a busy Saturday).
- Previous experience in premium retail, customer service or consultative sales.
- Passion for design, innovation and home living.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in learning and advising on technical product features.
- A professional, warm, and service-first approach.
