We are seeking an ambitious and fashion-conscious Sales Consultant to join our team at Sportscraft Hobart Store.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales targets, and maintaining store presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective product knowledge and promotion
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards across all store areas
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a fashion-related industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results
