Night Shift

Bupa Woodville South is seeking compassionate Carers to join the team. Must be available to work **NIGHT SHIFT** 5 shift per fortnight.

As a Carer, you will perform a variety of important duties within the care home, ensuring that the needs of our residents and the facility as a whole, are met.

**The role**
- Provide personal care assistance with daily living
- Assist with the delivery and administration of medication
- Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
- Maintain accurate health care documentation as required
- Build relationships with our residents and their families
- Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines and policies

As part of Bupa's Recruitment Process, all applicants are required to undergo mandatory pre-employment background checks.

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of a Cert III in an Aged Care or equivalent
- Previous aged care experience highly regarded but not essential
- The ability to work as part of a tight knit team and take direction as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
- Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
