The Product Owner is responsible for leading and owning digital products via a cross-functional squad. They are managers with a customer centric mentality and responsible for defining and executing a product vision, strategy and roadmap. In this role you will need to be able to interpret data, develop insights with the aim of developing, supporting and continuously improving digital products within a defined customer domain. The Product Owner is responsible or the delivery of new features, enhancements, initiatives with ultimate authority on what will be included in each sprint and accepting completed work as 'done' with validation from real customers and end users.

You'll have:

- 5+ years' digital experience
- Salesforce Product Management experience preferable - good understanding of Salesforce and how Agents can use Salesforce to complete tasks
- Previous experience working in capacity of Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Platform Manager/Product Owner
- Experience leading and managing a digital product team
- Ability to quickly develop strong support networks within large organisations
- Strong understanding of target customer experience segments and needs
- Experience in customer development, customer experience, and customer operations roles
- Experienced leading various types of customer validation and testing, including iteration reviews and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with real customers
- Strong digital product management and dev/op skills
- Strong knowledge in customer and product discovery, implementation and measurement processes
- Proven ability to create an environment where identifying project risks is positive
- Proficiency prioritising features in an agile environment
- Strategic mindset and ability to communicate vision
- Experience in strategy and planning
- Excellent communicator, collaborator, with high emotional intelligence to help steer product development to positive outcomes
- Experience in financial and performance criteria management
- Experience in data analytics and insights
- Experience generating agile aligned product roadmaps
