**The Opportunity**

UGL Utilities team are currently looking for an Operations and Maintenance Supervisor to join our WRAMS (Water Reclamation and Management Scheme) project based in Homebush Bay.

The role will Supervise all operational activities including but not limited to operating plant and equipment, development and maintenance of the water treatment assets, raw water and treated water supply ensuring maximum efficiency in both environmental sustainability and cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the formulation and management of the WRAMS Budget.
- Manage and foster relationship with the asset owner and customer (Sydney Olympic Park Authority).
- Undertake all operational aspects of the assigned plants in accordance with the relevant Maintenance, Quality and Operations Management Plans
- Manage and undertake maintenance of specialist equipment after specific training eg Ultra Filtration Modules
- Evaluate and respond as necessary to automatically generated alarms

**About You**
- Prior experience in Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants (RO or MF/UF preferred)
- Experience in Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
